Ground Floor slab poured and vertical elements all the way to level 2 are ongoing

This is a new update regarding Concord SKY project construction progress , I am welling to announce that slab on grade has been fully poured and all the vertical structural elements between B05 to B04 have been poured as well.

All excavations works have been completed, the required two tower cranes have been erected and installed. Foundation works, footing insulation and basement level 05 columns and walls are on going.

The updated construction status of Concord SKY project is: All tiebacks and shoring works have been completed, 90% of the excavation and hauling has been completed, detailed excavation of the south tower crane pad is on going, and tentatively the two tower cranes pads will be completed on February 2023. The updated construction status of Concord SKY project is: Staging slab has been poured, the excavation and hauling under the staging slab and all over the site are on going, piles shaving is ongoing, third row shoring tiebacks drilling and installation are on going as well, thank you.

I am pleased to announce that the construction has been started on March 28, 2022. The king piles chipping completed and now on the process of forming the working slab, pouring date tentatively will be on mid of May 2022, and the excavation will re-start next week.
